Privacy policy · Updated September 11, 2026
This policy describes the current development version of Fantasy Central, an iPhone app developed by VRTL Pirates. The app is not yet publicly released. We will update this policy if the product’s data practices change.
Account connections
Fantasy Central brings information from the fantasy accounts you choose to connect into one scoreboard. Each customer connects their own accounts. Connection availability depends on provider access and testing.
- Sleeper: the app uses your username or account identifier to request public league and matchup information.
- Yahoo: the app is designed to request read-only fantasy access through Yahoo’s authorization flow. Access and refresh tokens are stored in your iPhone’s Keychain. Yahoo Fantasy approval is pending.
- ESPN: you sign in on ESPN’s own sign-in page. The app uses the resulting session values for your league connection and stores them in your iPhone’s Keychain. Fantasy Central does not read your password fields.
Information on your iPhone
The app stores connected-account identifiers, league and team selections, visibility preferences, cached matchup scores, update timestamps and local lead-change history. It also caches player and schedule information used to explain available matchup details.
The current app has no Fantasy Central account system or backend that receives your league data. We do not include advertising or analytics SDKs in the app. Your league data and access tokens are not sold by VRTL Pirates.
Requests to providers
League requests go directly to the relevant provider. Supplemental NFL player and schedule requests go to Sleeper and ESPN. These services receive the request information needed to respond, including your network address and applicable account authorization. Provider sign-in pages and services follow their own privacy policies.

Managing and removing data
Hiding a league changes its visibility in Fantasy Central. Disconnecting an account removes its stored credential and leagues that are not also connected through another account. Previously recorded local score history may remain until the app’s local data is removed.
Disconnect your accounts before deleting the app to remove the connection credentials. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local files from the device. Device backups may contain app files, depending on your Apple settings; restoring a backup may restore those files. Manage backups through your device settings. The app’s Keychain credentials are configured for that device and are not synchronized by Fantasy Central.
