How to check fantasy football scores without opening every app

The old Sunday routine
Open Yahoo. Check your score, remember your opponent is ahead, close it. Open ESPN, find the right league among the ones you follow, read the matchup. Open Sleeper, repeat. By the third app you have lost track of which gap was biggest, and the red-zone game you care about is on the app you opened first.
The one-screen check
Fantasy Central’s home screen is built for exactly this loop. Every league is a card: your team and your opponent, both scores in large type, projections underneath, starters left to play, and an ahead/behind state with the margin. You read the whole board in a few seconds and open only the league that needs a closer look.
When you need the detail
Tap a league card for the full matchup breakdown: both lineups, lead-change context, score details from the provider, live status, and the official link back to that platform for lineup moves. Getting back to the scoreboard takes one tap, and it returns you to the same place in the list.
Slow weeks and missing data
Providers roll over weeks at different times and their APIs occasionally wobble. When a metric is unavailable the app shows a dash, never a zero, so you always know whether a number is real. Each league keeps its latest successful snapshot visible, automatic retries back off per league, and a manual refresh retries right away.
Common questions
Does the scoreboard update live during games?
The scoreboard refreshes from each provider while you use the app, and a live badge marks leagues with games in progress. It reads provider data, so it stays as current as the provider makes it.
Will it drain my battery polling all day?
No. Updates happen in the foreground with per-league retry backoff, not a constant background poll. The app refreshes when you open it and when you ask it to.
